Perk not appearing in bloodweb?

bought we're going to live forever on the shrine this week an it's not appearing on my Jake who I have maxed all the way out an should be the only perk in my bloodweb since I have all the others. I leveled him three times an there's nothing showing up. Anyone else ever had this happened to them ?

Its just bad luck I remember when I first got adreanline it took me 100 bloodwebs to get

I mean I literally cant get any other perk tho it's the only one left an its not showing up never happened before
