Friday the 13th ranking
This is all my opinion
12. Jason Goes to Hell - The gores the best part, the rest is terrible.
11. Freddy VS Jason - The fight is amazing, but the rest of the movie falls flat especially with the characters.
10. Friday the 13th (1980) - Its pretty fun but doesn't age well compared to the sequels.
9. Friday the 13th (2009) - Not to bad. The kills are really good, but the characters are terrible besides 2 of them.
8. Friday the 13th part 2 - Good, but nothing special (except for Jason obviously).
7. Jason X - underrated as, its so bad its good.
6 Friday the 13th part 8 - Very underrated too.
5. Friday the 13th part 3 - This is the standard for Friday the 13th films, its super fun and got really cool kills.
4. Friday the 13th part 7 - Bad kills but still great, Kane Hodder's a legend.
3. Friday the 13th part 4 - Really good, I would recommend this one if you want to get into the series.
2. Friday the 13th part 5 - Very underrated, super weird and quotable.
1 Friday the 13th part 6 - I LOVE THIS MOVIE.

Wow, to me that’s wild to have the original and II ranked so low! For me it’s not even close that those two along with III are the best! I’ve barely seen any after 8, just bits and pieces as I find them absolutely terrible. I’d just put them on for a laugh...actually I feel that way about 8 also but not quite to the same extent. At least there’s some humor with the cheesy acting
I’d rank them II, III, I...and then a big drop off with the remaining ones probably just going in order I guess. I refuse to watch ever watch the remake, I’m the same with Halloween.

I haven’t seen it in a long time, I just remember liking it. Jason goes to hell was entertaining.
All in all, I’m not a horror fan. When the scary music starts I have to look to the corner Of the screen so I don’t get a heart attack.

Personally I like every film in the series.

Alice vs Freddy in Nightmare in Elms Street ruined horror for me as a kid. After watching that fight scene I always hope for the main character to beat the crap out of the killer.
It’s probably why I liked Buffy so much.

I loved horror for just thrill of it (and of course the gore) I used to be really scared of horror movies as a kid but soon I grew an interest and now I love horror.
