What is the worst exhaustion perk?

Lithe
I just don't like Lithe, imo Balanced Landing does better job at keeping you safe than Lithe does.

Balanced landing
I think BL is worse than lithe. With lithe you can still make some plays. Lithe, quick and quiet and dance with me is so strong to lose the killer

Spirit burst
Sprint Burst is so demanding. It demands you walk when not exhausted, and you have no choice but to activate it if you get into a chase.

Lithe
I think lithe currently is the worst due to the amount of bs hits you can get from a window and other stuff. Not saying that every hit is bs but it happens too much.
Best is dead hard & head on imo.

Spirit burst
I almost put DH for similar reasons. If never works to dodge a hit, and you usually get hit anyway when using it to gain distance.
Head On is just a meme. Fun to use and clutch every once and a while, but not consistent enough to warrant a top spot.

Lithe
Thing is, you don't need to dodge hits with DH and have to use it in the right way. Head On, idk i love it but is only for SWF i guess.

Adrenaline
It's only really useful if you were Hooked, Injured, or Downed near the Killer when the last gen popped.
Otherwise it's outclassed by Inner Strength for fast heals and every other Exhaustion Perk for Killer Evasion because of how niche it's use is.
That's not to say Adrenaline is suddenly bad; it's still easily one of the best Survivors perks just because of how strong it can be, but I think it's the worst Exhaustion Perk.

Balanced landing
balanced landing, complete trash after the nerf.

Head on
My vote is head on simply due to being the most niche exhaustion perk.
It can win games by saving people who are getting carried to the hook but that's so unlikely to happen that in nearly all games I have ever played headon has done nothing of any real importance.

Adrenaline
Adrenaline. It is not very good and a waste of a perk slot if you solo play...hell even if you have a SWF and fail it only gives you basically three perks to work with.
