Masks for all survivors

Why only Meg have a mask? All survivors should have masks based on all cultures (western, indian, african, eastern).

Well because there is only one mask.
Im not sure what do you mean about cultures, Meg's mask is based on BHVR' game called Deathgarden, not any culture...
