I contacted them at least 2 times about an issue on madden nfl 19 and fifa 19 were when I launch the games they go in a loading screen then they just quit to origin with no error :(




And I'm just wondering if anyone has a fix for this? I have origin access basic:) does anyone else have a simlier issue? Any help would be appreciated :)

This is what they both do before they crash to origin :( I get no message or error :( so I don't know if they work or dont? Did anyone else have these issues? Plz help if you had this issue before? Any fix would be appreciated :)
