Thoughts on using exploits in the PTB?

What do you think of players exploiting bugs in the PTB? Would you report them? What if they were trying to spread awareness of such bugs? What if the "victim" agreed to have the exploit used on them for the sake of demonstration?

To me, I wouldn't report people during the PTB since I see it as a time to play casually and discover bugs.

I'd like to hear everyone else's thoughts on this.

I would just report the bug and move on, honestly.

Its fine on PTB, as long as those Bugs get reported. PTB is not really there for gameplay testing, you cannot get good value out of a PTB, but you can see if something is way too strong or way too weak, and as well if somethings are broken.

But finding a Bug in the PTB does not guarantee that it will fixed for Live Release.

Depends, if it's harmless, leave it be, if it's game changing then perhaps reporting and spreading awareness is the best way for it to get fixed asap

Bugs can't be fixed unless reported. But if its minor, report and move on. Things to avoid is glitches that break the game, for example like when the basement hooks bugged out at initial Archives release. Caused survivors hooked in the basement to fall through the map on their screen and lose all visual. During times that those are a thing, avoid doing it to avoid being reported unjustly.

    Depends on the bug.

Its lame if it ruins the game and you cant do things like escape or hit depending on the role, however that hole in the floor on the badham ptb was a lot of dun I think everyone messed with that.
