Which survivors need more cosmetics?
My top three Survivors go: 1. Bill / 2. Quentin / 3. Meg
Bill has none, Quentin has none besides the beanie, and Meg hasn't had a good looking cosmetic in a while.
My top three Killers go: 1. Michael Myers / 2. Freddy / 3. Leatherface
Michael has many outfits from the movies that can transition to the game perfect, Freddy has none, and Leatherface also has many outfits from the 700 movies and remakes his character has been in.

They can't just give licensed characters cosmetics. Gotta get permission from license owners pretty sure. But honestly Adam has been around for about a year and a half and doesn't have nearly that many outfits

Adam needs some love out of all of the survivors. You may not like Meg's outfits but she gets them regularly, including a vest on Level 35 of the rift. I'd say her outfit with the buzzed cut on the side and the dark half jacket was really cute.

Adam, who as close to nothing. Quentin, who has nothing but with licensing (Last Lawsuit or whatever it was last time i remember) we have to hope he will get some someday. Finally Bill, who got a Christmas sweater but doesn't have a new full cosmetic at all.

Survivor: Adam Francis, period, even Yui has better and pretty sure more cosmetics than him, and she's the newest Survivor.
Killer: Leatherface, with a number buff or some type of compensation, please? Make him a little faster? I would love a Michael cosmetic as well.

Adam Francis. He has 4 non-recolor skins, including his Christmas sweater, and less total skins then Yui or Jeff.
Quentin too (Speedo Quentin pls), but the original NOES and all it's characters have gone back to Wes Craven's Estate; meaning that the people who own the 2010 NOES now don't own the rights to use Freddy Krueger.
So I'm pretty sure the rights to the NOES franchise might be hard or impossible to get a hold of.

Hmm...you are not wrong. I think it's all about how the survivor looks when people choose which character they play. So yeah, if Adam got some amazing cosmetics, people would play him. I would probably do so. But I don't like his existing skins at all, so he's staying at home.

I'm just guessing that could be part of it. For me, cosmetics don't really matter. If I like the survivors backstory or have just had fun playing them is why I use them. I still have a huge soft spot for Claudette. She was my original main because I wanted to unlock Self Care and I really liked her backstory. Though admittedly it's nice to have cool outfits for your mains.

He would have a higher play rate if he had better cosmetics, Adam has really gross cosmetics right now and not favorable, plus he isn't free, so his play rate is low.
