Rancor/haunted ground advice

In your opinion what killer best benefit from using rancor and or haunted ground?

high mobility ones.. so Spirit / Nurse / Billy / Oni.. once the last gen pops you want to get to the obsession quickly

I can't carry Rancor because if I don't kill my obsession I feel like I wasted the perk.

I kinda get what you’re saying but it also works well as a weaker tracking perk.
