What would happen if Rin encountered her mother in the entity's realm?

Depends on how much the Entity has tortured her at that point. She might not even recognize her mother. There is a chance she might want to spare her, but the Entity would correct her afterwards.
I feel like that wouldn't happen though. The Entity probably avoids allowing situations like that.
