How do you deal with the current Doctor?

I'm writing this post because I've been struggling against the Doctor and I'm curious to know how other survivors have been dealing with him. I keep getting Doctors that proxy camp, then spam ST off the hook so I can't use DH then they down me. The Doctors I've been playing have also been slugging a lot. I had a match last night where two people were down near each other and I needed to quickly get them back up. I managed to stun the killer, but of course I could not heal them because I needed to snap out. I keep getting Doctors like this that slug, keep spamming ST then I can't get the quick heal. I'm hoping for some tips on the best way to deal with this besides the usual "Git Gud," "Accept your fate and die," etc.

    A lot of Docs are running Whispers now, and it counters lockers (if Whispers is activated and Blast doesn't hit anyone, they're in a nearby locker).

    Not really super helpful info, but maybe this tidbit will help you in the future.

    The same way as old doctor?

    Calm spirit, iron will, and lockers.


    It also doesnt help the new tome has a lot of "shock" and "chase" as doctor. So theres a LOT of that going on.

    I don't think i've even played against a doctor since the PTB to be honest...

    But even then I just played against him like you would old doctor. It isn't a whole lot different.

    The thing is that I didn't have an issue with the old doctor. I didn't struggle with him that much. I never had this DH issue before either. Maybe it's because of the challenges like you said.

    Probably. I thought about it too, and with old doctor the passive madness was a #########, but you could avoid/plan it. Now, you cant hide in lockers every time to 100% avoid it, but it's also not able to be spammed.


    I just did my tome 2 doctor branch of challenges, and I literally soammed shock and ran from gen to gen, and back to unhooks. Didnt kill anyone. But the strategy for finding people to chase is super easy. Now had I committed to any of them, the other 3 would probably have wrecked my ######### anyway.


    I just think theres a lot of "shock and chase" doctors atm. Which is why I've had calm spirit on since tome 1 showed doctor so much. Such a lifesaver.
