Boil Over is a little bit weak perk. I have an idea how to buff it :)
40/70/100% increased struggling effects and 12/14/16 meters of obscuring killer's ability to see hook auras.

    idk i just think their is no saving this perk it gave false hope as a counter to iron grasp

    Wiggling faster would be op and force all killers to run iron grasp, giving killers a 3 perk pool. Boil over is fine as is, just map or location situational even if it went up to 100%
