Better button customization for Ps4/Xbox

Better button layouts because selfheal and dropping the pallets are both R1. If you change the secondary action button it changes a lot of things. The wiggle button cannot be changed.

This would be nice for me as I use a controller on PC. I must appear to be quite the ######### when I drop a pallet on someone instead of healing them.
