More video game licensed DLC!
I know that a lot of people are kinda sick of the licensed DLC, and I understand entirely. While it’s cool to see characters that we love implemented into a game we love, we love this game because of the unique and engaging characters that it has. That being said we didn’t get this much licensed DLC without a reason. It’s very exciting to be able to play as the big bad from another media.
That being said I do think that we could use more video game characters as playable killers/survivors. Right now of the five third party DLCs in the game, four of them are movie related (Halloween, Leatherface, Nightmare on Elm Street, SAW) while only one of them is video game related. (Left 4 Dead)
I understand that at the end of the day gaining licenses is related more to the license holders than the developer’s personal wishes to add something cool to the game. But regardless I’d love to see more DLC based on other video games make its way into Dead by Daylight. For example, a DLC based on the Amnesia series (with Daniel as a survivor [with perks relating to sanity {buffs relating to the killer's terror radius}] and the Servant Grunt as the killer [with a power relating to light and sanity]) could be very unique and appealing. I know it's hard to get liscensing rights from big companies like Capcom, but a Resident Evil DLC could actually be very unique. I'm not going to comment on a Slient Hill DLC, as amazing as that would be, since I don't want there to be a Dead by Daylight pachinko machine.
DLC based on non-horror properties could also be very appealing. There was a very good concept on Reddit awhile back for a killer based on the strategy game "Party Hard" that I would love to see implemented. In addition, other dark indie games like "Darkest Dungeon" (with a survivor like the Highwayman or Crusader, and a Lovecraftian Killer) could be turned into a very interesting addition in Dead by Daylight. I will also mention the two horror game darlings of recent times: Five Nights at Freddy's and Bendy and the Ink Machine. While I really don't want to entertain those fanbases, I think that the FNaF and BatIM lores can present themselves to some very unique creations in DBD as well.
At the end of the day we all love new content, and we'll appreciate it regardless of what it is. But I personally would really like to stray away from movies for a moment, and look more into the relm of video games to see what unique and interesting characters we can add from other developer's worlds.

Ever since I saw bill from left 4 dead, I have been wanting a Resident Evil chapter. Jill Valentine as the survivor and Nemesis as the killer and Raccoon City or the Arklay Mansion as the realm.
I would pee my pants.2 -
I would Start with "Until Dawn". Its like the Single Player Game of DBD. A brunch of teenagers and a killer. In a house up on a hill. Ohne night. There you have survs and a killer and a map. A whole DLC of you want.Would be great.1
