Has anyone used the merch store before?

I purchased a shirt from the store nearly three weeks ago and my bank shows that the payment has been processed a little over a week and a half ago but according to the website is should have gotten are between 7 to 10 business days. Am I wrong to be worried that the store is going to rip me off because I have not gotten a reply back from the numerous contact forms I've written them nor have I gotten a submission order from my email

Most things in the mercy store are maid on order. I’ve order a hoodie and it took 3 weeks to make before they actually shipped within the 7-10 business days. I wouldn’t worry about it unless a good chick of time has passed.

I would if it didn't cost 25 bucks for shipping of every item

should probably try contacting them directly, personally i wouldnt be too worried there will always be a solution either way but im not a fan of their items and the prices are questionable, i get branding, shipping increases prices but i cant afford the prices so i make my own

I've tried to reach the dead by daylight merch store which is based in Canada. it has been over four weeks since I've ordered my shirt and the purchased didn't go through until a week after my online order. I never got a receipt or an email verifying my order and whenever I've tried to contact them I have never gotten a reply back from several contact forms I've submitted. I just got through finding their number through vigorous searches online and the number that is listed is not even there's but directs you to a website called controller chaos. The man on the phone had told me that they had contacted them and try to get them to correct that but apparently they do not care about their customers and he told me that their number is hidden away online somewhere and good luck. Is this a way to run a business? I don't think so, don't think I will be giving them any more financial support.
