Will charms in the rift still be obtainable once they expire?
I know the devs have said that cosmetic skins in the rift will eventually return months after the rift ends but will old charms be made available as well or will they be gone for good?

Sorry for the double @, but I have an update on the answer above. I found a Dev Stream that specifically talks about a question pertaining to exclusives and the cosmetics/charms that come in those Rifts.
Here's that dev stream, Skip to (32:45) and end at (34:04)
[I'll quote the exact answer that was given in a comment below]:
"So we lightly touched on this in the initial post that we made, that most items from The Rift will be available in the store for a minimum of 6 months after The Rift closes. But I think realistically we're looking at more like a year for something like this."
So most items will return like event items and other such charms, it's unknown if some items will stay exclusive to that Rift however, so that is something I can't give a 100% answer on unfortunately.
Other such comments were made in the original "The Archives Reveal" video that I'll link below for you to review. But as of right now, the answer you're looking for is something that isn't 100% known, so we'll have to wait and see what happens.

Certain Charms will stay exclusive to that Rift, some of them will return at a later date if memory serves. When that date is I don't know and I doubt I could find that information for you because it probably doesn't exist right now.
I'll try to find a stream that solidifies the answer I gave above.

No problem, glad I could help!

Are charms THE ONLY thing that'll stay exclusive ? If so, that's pretty unfair for dedicated players, especially since half the outfits are only recolors, would've been nice if we could atleast get those as exclusive ...

I don't believe it's actually been confirmed what items will and will not remain Rift-exclusive. All we've been told for sure is that "most" of the items on the Rift will eventually arrive in the Store. I'm guessing we won't know for sure which items those are until that day comes.

As far as the Dev Streams say, MOST of the items will reappear at a later date, but a minimum of a year or so is what they're looking for when keeping it exclusive.
I'm not one for interpreting what the Devs say to twist their meaning, but saying most sounded like some items will stay exclusive. Whether that's true or not is 100% speculation, so don't take that as a fact. As for if it's just charms, I don't know, your guess is a good as mine.

Unfortunately you'll have to wait for those to return in the store.
As said above, they plan on keeping those charms and skins exclusive for a minimum of 1 year, but of course that can always change in the future at anytime.

Yeah, pretty much why I commented. Just feedback that I'm interested and other people still are. I've seen it come up on Reddit & Steam discussions, but since this is the official forums, I wanted to see what was up here and leave my vote, so to speak.

If you're interested in leaving feedback, the best place to do that is to make your own thread in the Suggestions subforum. The devs are far more likely to see it there than on an old question that's already been answered. Here's the link: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/suggestions

Understandable, it's always good to seek out an answer before asking a question, if that makes sense.
You can of course leave feedback anywhere you'd like, but the best place to make a suggestion is linked above. With that being said, you've come to the right place to start a discussion about your opinion on that.

I made a topic here. 🤙 My reasoning for looking for a topic already made was so I wouldn't bring up something redundantly, as some forums quite dislike that. Thank you both though for directing me to where it might get seen.

No problem, I do hope your issue is resolved eventually.
Which is should be, just not at this time.
