Possible Decent legion buff

Recently I thought about how i would buff legion and this is what i came up with:

For every injured survivor injured feral frenzy's cool down is slightly decreased and for every survivor in deep wound feral frenzy's cool down is reduced moderately.

if legion misses his attack or hits a survivor in deep wound this cool down bonus is not applied

The legion can activate feral frenzy whenever they have power in there power bar without it needing it to be full

add on changes to add on to this

julies mixtape:( i cant decide at the moment)

joeys mixtape: if legion misses his attack the cool down bonus is now applied

cold dirt: The cool down bonuses is changed to moderately for wounded and considerably for deep wounded

Franks mix tape: The legions power bar has to be full for feral frenzy to activate or your cooldown is increased when you hit a surv with deep wound but you deal more damage to deep wound bar then you would currently

These changes would increase the legions base power and his addons and increase the power of legions able to spread out damage while punishing a legion only going after one target while giving survivors an incentive to heal deep wound and there injuries instead of just running and doing nothing thus creating groups of survivors unless they have self care creating more give and take when your playing as/against legion instead of just the old never heal against legion strategy and giving more of a reason to use other legion addons like the knives to possibly extend the time where you can get a good cooldown.

I cant decide for julies mixtape because its in a wierdplace of being uncommon so it cant be too strong but right know its near useless so some ideas for that would be apreciated as well as any general feedback

Thank you for your time
