Reverse Thanatophobia?
Here's a perk idea: Thanatophobia, but the penalty is for every healthy survivor instead of every injured/hooked/downed survivor. I think this would be a lot more interesting and useful, since for the killer it slow down gens in the early game, and for survivors, it forces them to choose between the security of healing and the speed of not healing.

So gens go slower the less pressure you're applying? Sounds counter-intuitive and encourages camping.

Although this idea is interesting, i wouldn't like it tbh. A survivor should not be punished the entire game for not being hit. And other survivors shouldn't be at mercy of how other survivors play(even tho this already happens) if it had extra stipulation like
"For the first minute it effects repair rate after this minute passes it
1)affects vault speeds
2)affects healing time(non stackable to Sloppy Butcher)
Or
3) affects all other action speeds other then Gen repair by a low percentage

It sounds like it'd be interesting, imagine mixing it with thana, Forever Freddy on everyone!

Experienced survivors prefer to not waste time healing themselves. Thana is ok.

For me it depends on the killer. I'm much more comfortable staying injured against a Legion or Leatherface than a Wraith or Ghostface.

Not to mention paired with thanatophobia and dying light. Lol who needs to play Freddy for Forever Freddy? GG.
