I have a question about the DC penalties.

Let me start off by saying, I'm very happy that the DC penalties are here. I always get upset when someone dcs, it just wastes everybody's time. Now, about my question. I don't have the best computer, the entire thing crashes sometimes, if it does that, I have to turn it off completely. This happens most often during games, like, right in the middle of them. My game also sometimes freezes during the loading screen into a match, and I have to close it manually with Task Manager. My question is, will I receive DC penalties for when I have to do these actions? It'd suck for my game to freeze up or computer to crash, and to come back with an hour ban from playing the game. I'd love if someone from BHVR could answer this.
