New Chapter 15 Killer: The Juggernaut
(Original) Killer: The Juggernaut
Move Speed: 110% (115% with Momentus)
Killer Power: Momentus
After building momentum through some standard gameplay mechanics, The Juggernaut can pick up the ball he is chained to, hold it to his chest, and use it to charge straight through pallets and windows (turning windows into doorways). This effect last a short duration before needing to be built up again.
Perks:
Something's Got to Give - After Survivors are unhooked, they cannot heal or repair until they snap their shoulder back into place (similar to Snap Out Of It mechanic). Other Survivors in close proximity will scream when the shoulder is successfully snapped into place.
Unstoppable Force - Gain a token whenever you are stunned. Each token increases your Terror Radius. Regress any generator in your Terror Radius that is not being actively repaired.
Demolition Man - Survivors who break a hook will be Exposed as long as the hook is unusable. Repair all hooks within a 32 meter radius when downing a Survivor affected by Demolition Man.

I do very much like the idea behind Something's Got To Give, but Unstoppable Force would be monstrously overpowered on some killers (imagine it on a Doctor with a max-TR build, where his TR can reach 64m), particularly paired with Surveillance; it'd effectively be a slower Ruin with no drawback.
Demolition Man on the other hand would be quite nice for countering people who 99% hooks and then destroy them in your face, but it'd be rendering Hangman's Trick almost useless and have counter-synergy with it.

I do agree with Levitika and i have a few idea's as well. first, with his power once he has it, he can grab any pallet that isn't used and break it over his knee. second, this isn't really a tweak to the killer but his weapon should be the chained ball which he swings. And that was a couple of idea's for him after all, i really like the concept. ;]
