It'd be amazing if it's him but I think the chapter's going to be original sadly.
If it's original my bet's on a werewolf or some other variety of monster.

if its gonna be any animal it will be a rat not a werewolf, devs know better than to put furries in this game

Pinhead uses chains yes, but its weird to tease it like this tbh, the biggest defining feature of the chains is the hooked end, you would think they would show that if this was pinhead.

To be fair, the end that gets taught has blood all over it. It MAY be a bloody hooked end caught on something.

The hooked end would just give it away. They showed blood at the end hinting at the possibility
