The Clown needs to change. What would that change be?

After watching Yerv's most recent video I have started thinking about possible changes that could be made to the clowns ability and add-ons that could increase his lethality and overall flow. Here are some suggestions I have or agree with.
- The clowns reload duration should vary depending on the amount of bottles he needs to restore, or the reload duration could be increased for every time he completely resupplies his bottles. (His base reload time would also be decreased.) His reload progress could additionally remain but slowly degrade over time.
- The clowns bottles should have a larger base spread radius but would have a delay to spread once it touches a surface. The lingering time should also be increased.
- Survivors should not be able to see auras while intoxicated and the intoxication duration should increase depending on how long the survivor is in its radius. (The base intoxication duration would also be decreased.) I'm not sure if this is already a feature, but survivors should be unable to complete actions for 2-3 seconds before only being able to slow-vault. The impaired vision that survivors are afflicted with has no real impact, so I suggest that survivors have more blurred vision.

I know one small buff that would make a big difference is if the Clown did not stop moving for a second after every throw. This would insure you don’t barely miss a hit at a pallet or window most of the time.
