Characters available with "Shard"
I spent 9000 shards for Legion and I want to get dlc pack of it. I don't know if 9000 shard will be returned when I get this dlc pack?

You mean if you unlocked them through the Shrine, instead of by leveling characters? I've never heard of a progress loss case in which unlocked teachables were also lost, but if that were to happen then I imagine Support would also be able to help you out there, yes.

No, shards do not get refunded if you buy the DLC. If you buy the Darkness Among Us DLC having already bought Legion with shards, you will essentially be paying the full DLC price just for Jeff.

I understand, but it's really hard to accumulate shards. If I lose my progress. Can he cover this loss? Teachable perks, player level (shard), bloodpoints?

If you lose your progress, you can contact the Support team to refund lost shards and bloodpoints. I don't know for sure if they refund devotion levels or not, but I would imagine that they do.

So can teachable perks be returned? This is really important to me, it can take months and even years.

If a person already loses his progress, he may lose the teachable advantages as well. Thanks for your interest anyway!

If you unlocked them by leveling characters, and you lose your progress, the Support team will refund you enough bloodpoints to get them back. If you unlocked them through the Shrine and lose them for some reason, I'm sure that's also something Support will be able to help with 😊

It essentially works like this, if you use shards to buy a Killer and than buy their DLC you will not be compensated for the loss of the shards you used to previously purchase that character. In a sense, you paid for early access to that character and that's what it was used on, if you buy the DLC after than that's your choice.
If you lose ANY progress in-game, depending on what that progress is, than it'll be compensated by the Support Team through BPs or on the rare case Auric Cells for skins and/or the original skins. Some exceptions to this are exclusive skins, but that's another topic which is off-topic to this one.
The point is, any lost progress can be compensated with enough proof and a visit to the Support Team to check it out, if you want the link to the Support Team to file a ticket about lost progress, than I can provide the link below to the Support Team so you can do just that.

thanks, but i will refer to it if i lose my progress. It's not just a game to be played at all and progress is hard to make. Dedicated server, hitbox etc. I hope you understand what I said.

I don't, are you saying that "progress" loss equates to the 9k Shards you spent for early access to a Killer you willingly bought?
Since if that's what you mean, than it doesn't, and spending those 9k Shards won't be refunded since you willingly spent them to gain early access to that character before you bought the DLC. If this isn't what you mean than i'm missing the part where you lost progress in all this, if you could clarify that'd be great.

I had already received the necessary answer. I like the Legion killer, but I have always played it in the best way, even if it is nerf. I understand that when I receive the DLC pack, the fracture will not return and therefore I will wait for the shrine.
