Buff legion
Legion should be able to down and mori you while in frenzy without add ons

The main problem with Legion is their core power and core mechanic.
They rely on the same thing as Plague: survivors remaining injured to avoid their power. The difference is that survivors can heal against Legion without much concern. There's no simple "buffing" the Legion, they're more in need of a Freddy treatment.
The only other way I can see the Legion working with a similar power is to make it closer to Deathslinger. Make him a rushdown killer. Feral Frenzy works for one hit, then a Nurse-like stun (basically what he has, but maybe a bit shorter). If the survivor has the Deep Wounds status, then they go down. Reduce the current cooldown to balance and make it that if the Legion finds you, then you're in danger.
