Getting items in the bloodweb and chests is useless now
With the new item update you always get to keep your items when you used up all charges. This doesn't sound too bad at first but when you think about it, it turns out to be extremely problematic.
If you already have 1 of every item you no longer have to get them in the bloodweb or in chests which means that they are only a waste of bloodpoints or time.
Just remove all items from the bloodweb so we can level up much faster

A friend also mentioned this, the bloodweb would have to be adjusted to where you get more add ons for items (considering they are always used up no matter what) and less actual items.

If you bring a item from your loadout the item will dissapear after the game, always, regardless if you escape or not. You only keep it if you found it in the game. Thats what I understood atleast, I might be wrong xD

I don't die very often and even if i do it doesn't matter. I have gathered so many items in 2 years. This change negatively affects the veteran players

You are wrong. If you use up the charges of the item, you still keep it if you escape

But there are some scenarion when you can lose your item.
Death and Maybe FD.
You will have to spend your bloodpoints on addons now, because they will dissapear after match.

They should also increment bp earnings for survivors. I understand making the add-ons consumable to be in line with killer mechanics, but then bp should me increased accordingly.

The removal of items will only increase the amount of offerings in bloodweb and prograssion speed stays the same.

I had over 200 wakizachis on my spirit and I main her, it doesnt matter how slow or fast you lose your consumables, you will always gather more than you use. Its in every game there and cant be fixed, otherwise you wouldnt make any progress and that would suck.

It won't be that big of a difference from how it currently is: You escape, you keep your item. You die, you lose it.

Im not saying it should not get a boost, but killers making more BP in general is I feel needed to have enough players actually play the Killer role.

Killers don't get to leave a match until its over, one way or the other. Survivors can leave a match as soon as they die. Killers having on average longer match times means they should get, on average, more bp per match.

Well I wouldn't say all survivors use those perks. I got one don't use them because its not fun for either side so I stay away from those perks and go for stealth builds and many more because its more fun like that.

Its literally just a QOL change. Whoopdeedoo survivors can use 1% more of their items without accidentally using it all up...

If you don’t die very often then you’ll be just fine. You can still use your medkit, toolbox or flashlight over and over just without extra charges. You escape all the time anyways so you can handle it without that extra I’m sure
