Lol you're saying a game that's rated 18 can't use adult themed titles in add-ons? I'm guessing they can't show blood or killings then either? If a child is playing this game, then it's on them and their parents to know if they should be exposed to it. Adult themed content should never be restricted just because some children expose themseves to it.

What? this is an 18+ rated game though. The children who play have their adults to blame for letting them play, it is not the devs fault.

I'm 100% sure that any teens or pre-teens who play a game that is rated for audiences 15-18 years old (depending on the region) KNOW what porn is already and likely have watched some as well. They'll be just fine. The only thing they won't know is what a VHS tape is.
