What have I missed over the past few weeks?
I'm hoping a few people can recap all the upcoming changes coming to DbD. Apparently, the game is changing quite a bit from what I've seen so far. I'm mostly concerned with whether or not the devs are addressing core issues.
P.S. I needed a break from DbD because I was thoroughly disappointed with how the devs were treating the game. I just needed to remove myself from all that frustration.

Ruin was nerfed, and then the new meta for survivors is "NERF NOED NERF HILLBILLY BAN SLUGGING WAAAAA". There, you're all caught up.

Only change worth mentioning, killers will be able to break walls. Only for the new map for now and the older maps later.
Way I see it. They will put in more strong loops with a breakable wall to make them shorter. In other words, a reverse pallet.

Interesting. Wonder if this will help killers deal with bad map design.
Still, knowing the devs it probably isn't as good as we think.

They'll likely be in very obvious locations...locations that should have a door or opening in the first place so yeah it will deal with bad map design, they put in the breakable walls and then you have to finish the job for them in-game lol
