Candyman is a known movie? And what is the possibility of entering as dlc?

I would really love that Candyman entered the game, I feel that his essence, appearance, fits perfectly, but I don't know how famous he is.
I would do anything for Tony Todd to record some candyman lines in the game ...
(maybe the license is not so expensive haha)
And what do you think, would it be a good option or not?
What do you think is the possibility of having it in the game?
And most importantly, do you think Candyman is famous?
