Why does everyone complain

Why does everyone complain no matter what they do for this game. Yes I agree not all the killers are perfect no. Nor are all them original. But im sure they have there reasons. An I’m also sure it’s not as easy as you guys think. But I do agree they should hold a contest and pick a winner for the best killer and survivor idea and map. Or pick a few winners and put all there ideas together into one. And the winner/winners all get 500,000 blood points or 5,000 auric cells and there name put with the killer. Either way yes some could be better. But doesn’t mean they should Be drug through the mud for it. Yes express your Ideas and offers an maybe if Enough people express the same ideas they will listen. Being nasty isn’t Always the way to go about it. No game is perfect think about that.

There's so many different personalities here that you'll always get complaints no matter what you do.

Take the Deathslinger for example - for over a year the community has been asking for a killer that can hook surrvivors and pull them closer. Bhvr obliged, created that exact mechanic and built it into the new killer's power. People immediately started complaining that the idea is not original enough and that the devs have ran out of ideas.

All you can do is shake your head and laugh it off. At least that's what I do

It's an online, asymmetrical game. Considering how communities are in symmetrical games in general, it's no surprise that a game designed this way gives birth to opinionated, entitled behaviour due to lack of perspective.

The game is alive (very much so), no matter what people say here (or anywhere else on social media, really). It's also really good, even though it surely has some issues with balance and some technical aspects. Then again, most (all) games do.
