The sound issues? I have not seen a comment on it and it seems like it has been 6 months now with no fix. Some times you hear foot steps, some times you don't. Some times you hear grunts of pain, some times you don't. Some times survivors on the ground make noise, some times they don't. Is this just the new norm now? I really miss playing spirit but when you have no visuals you sort of rely on audio cues and those are just too inconsistent.
Please don't just come here posting "it affects killers so they don't care" as i'm sure that is not the case. Looking for an honest answer that they are aware and working on it or not.

I didn't play since a patch after doctor change. Did they fix quick flashlights?
