[ Survivors ] Need bloodied cloths when injured / hooked

It would be really cool if Survivors get blood stains on their clothing when they are hit by the killer. At first hook, they're get slightly bloodied, and on second hook they'll get even bloodier and they limp even more after getting unhooked
