New Killer Concept: The Shaman

The Shaman is a shape shifting killer, able to call upon dark energies to corrupt the forces of nature and harness animalistic abilities. His personal perks, Hex: Evil Eye, Hex: Desolation, and Hex: Creeping Darkness, allow him to hide his presence from survivors, and trick survivors into revealing their location and slowing their progress.
Perks
Hex: Evil Eye - A hex that imbues a survivor with your essence. You become obsessed with one survivor. When the obsession comes within 8 meters of any other survivor, the auras of the obsession as well any other survivors within 8 meters of the obsession will become visible to you. The auras will remain visible for as long as a survivor(s) is within 8 meters of the obsession. When this hex is cleansed, the survivor that cleansed this totem will become the obsession and suffer the blindness effect for 60/90/120 seconds.
Hex: Desolation - When this hex totem is cleansed, all survivors suffer a stackable 5% penalty to repairing, healing, sabotaging, opening exit gates, cleansing, unhooking, and searching chests. When this hex is cleansed, if there is a dull totem remaining on the map, the hex will transfer to it. If there is no dull totem remaining when this hex is cleansed, all action speed penalties from this perk are removed.
Hex: Creeping Darkness - A hex that roots its power in darkness. For every 30/25/20 seconds you are not in a chase, gain 1 token up to a maximum of 4 tokens. Your terror radius is reduced by 8m for each token. Initiating a chase will remove a token and another token will be removed every 30 seconds when in a chase. When this hex is cleansed, all survivors will suffer from the oblivious effect for 30 seconds for each token remaining.
Power: The Beast Within
The Shaman is able to assume the forms of four different animals, each giving him unique powers.
Four alters will spawn in the map, each for one of the animal forms (wolf, crow, deer, bear). The Shaman must go to an alter and perform a short ritual (about 3 seconds) to transform into the desired animal. Each transformation lasts 150 seconds before the Shaman reverts back to human form. Once an alter is used, that specific alter will have a 300 second cooldown before being able to be used again.
Crow Form: Press the active ability button to see the auras of all crows (disturbed crows can be seen flying above the map where they were perched). Use the secondary ability to see through the eyes of a crow in your line of sight (similar to how Freddy teleports to gens). Press the secondary ability button again to teleport to the location of the crow. (Spying through the crows and teleporting will deplete a power gauge of some kind, so the killer can't do these actions repeatedly in quick succession).
Deer Form: While not in a chase, you gain the undetectable status effect. Press the active ability button to perform a leap attack. After a short charge, the killer will leap into the air and pounce 8 meters in front of them. The leap can be used to jump over small obstacles (walls/obstacles that are the same height or shorter than a survivor) and pallets.
Bear form: Press the active ability button to perform a dash (move at 125% movement speed. This will deplete a gauge similar to Feral Frenzy. The killer will not suffer a stun at the end, but will instead have a period of reduced movement speed for a few seconds afterwards). All break actions are 50% faster, but reduce the power gauge.
Wolf Form: Press the active ability button to activate hunt mode. While in hunt mode, speed is reduced (similar to MM while stalking). Breathing and grunts of pain of all survivors in your terror radius are 50% louder. Any survivor performing a walking or running action in your terror radius while in hunt mode will trigger killer instinct to reveal their location.

There is way too much going on with the power. There are too many ideas all coming together to become a confusing mess. It seems like 5 different killers mashed up into one, which if that was the idea I commend you, however, it is still too much. The perks seem a bit overpowered and could use some ironing out.

This. His power is way too damn confusing and way too damn complicated. Plus if i have too go too alters just too counter certain things then I'm loosing tons of pressure on gens and survivors.
Edit: plus what you are describing isn't even a shamen, it's a skin walker, a person who can shapeshift. A better idea for a shaman killer is too have different totems on the map that give a buff/nerf when used, so one gives you insta downs but you move slower, or one lets you move faster but your other actions are slower.
