The Perk I'm Shocked Doesn't Exist Yet

Run Like the Wind- Your speed after being hit is extended by 1/2/3 seconds

Just seems like a really straightforward idea for a useful perk. Shocked no one on the Dev team has thought of it

So passively triggered exhaustion perk that ignores exhaustion...

If it was 0.50/0.75/1.00s then maybe, but 3 seconds is the same as exhaustion perks

Not really. Because you have to take a hit to use it. Sprint Burst is on demand every 40 seconds and you can use it to avoid hits in the first place

Exhaustion Perks avoid damage. This perk makes the best of a bad chase. And you can only use it once per chase like exhaustion perks since you can't get hit twice without being downed most of the time (unless you have mettle or styptic)

There would have to be a draw back of some kind, like you are broken for awhile, or exposed until you are next put into dying. That or a stupid long cool down like 5 minutes lol. Imagine 4 people all with exhaustion perks all running this too.

This post, along with your post complaining about "slugging for the 4k," really highlights your lack of knowledge surrounding the game's core concepts and balance.

So kind of like a dead hard but without pressing a button on your keyboard? Or am I perceiving it wrong.

It's like dead hard except its only good when your healthy because if you were already injured you go down

Hmm, it sounds good, but it sounds like a risky idea because SWF's might try and find a way to abuse it. But I'm not sure, we would need a full description of what it does exactly.

When you get hit, you have increased movement speed. This perk increases the duration of the boost of speed you get.

It sounds good to create more distance from the killer but I worry about SWF's trying to find a way to abuse it. That's all.

it would have to be an exhaustion perk, otherwise you gain to much from using it. Also it would be basically a better sprint burst assuming your healthy since the killer would be slowed as you get that extended speed boost resulting in too much distance gained compared to any other exhaustion perk.

In short it would be used by everyone for being a universally good perk and the devs would never release something of this power level, especially if it could be used more than once.

No, but the effects are the same as that of exhaustion perks.

And healing without Sloppy Buther takes less than 40 seconds.

And it doesnt cause exhaustion so you can use BOTH this, and lets say Sprint Burst.

It would need some major drawbacks. That's way too long of a speed boost in a game where time is everything to the Killer.

    Another perk rewarding for faliure?

Except it doesn't cause exhaustion so you get free distance that you can stack with an exhaustion perk like Sprint Burst or DH. And unless you're playing in 2016, Sprint Burst is not "on demand every 40 seconds".

Also was thinking about perk like this awhile ago.

+3 seconds is clearly too op, like 1.5-2 sec. at max

And the drawback of the perk can be increased attack recover of a basic attack that triggered it.

Making it exhaustion perk makes it quite useless.

So as for my suggestion perk reads as:

    Elusiveness

Bonus movement speed after being hit while healthy is extended by 2 seconds. If caused by basic attack it cool-down is reduced by 40/35/30%.
