Nurse blink charge reset: bug or intended?

If your have 1 blink and 99% of it charged and you start to blink, you will have 0 blinks with 0% charge after. Is this intended? It's very frustrating.

    They will not fix nurse, they know about the bugs they just don’t want to fix it because they know how strong she is so they want to give people less of a reason to play her

    This is intentional, not a bug. It's meant to stop recharging when you begin a blink, and partial charge progress always returns to 0 after a blink.

    That's intended lol. One of the things they could possibly change about her to make her more accessible.
