Changes to exhaustion

So I've been thinking recently on some tweaks to exhaustion and these are what i came up with
- If a survivor is uninjured and exhausted breathing is 50% louder
- If exhausted you can no longer fast vault and only medium vault
I don't know just some ideas to make exhaustion a bit more crippling
