Killers carried by ping?
i have been facing yellow and green rank killers all day, and the matches have gone as expected. Chases are long and nothing to complain about on the survivor side.
The moment i go up against a "decent" killer that kills everyone... their ping is obviously 150 or more. we start being hit at pallets that should stun the killer, or vault a window and take 4 steps just to be hit by nothing and go down.
I have a hard time believing these animation changes are going to fix these issues.

You can get carried by ping in any online game. I don't get why people think this is a Dead by Daylight exclusive phenomen.

It's very true. The problem however is that this game doesn't do anything to stop a person with garbage internet from being essentially the host of a game. Even though dedicated is here the killer is still the GM. You can't have people with terrible connections being that. Solutions for that is having hard limits for what is acceptable when it comes to your ping/internet speed.

Yes despite what you may think playing killers that can hit you through walls, 15+m away and so forth are not fun to play considering hit detection is client side. Fortunately it's 2020 and most killers got decent internet. The problem is made worse by terrible netcode/servers.
