Last of Us DLC contemplation

I already posted this, but it was removed for some reason.

The Clicker

Base Stats

105% Movement Speed

0 Meter Terror radius

24 Meter Lullaby (the nasty clicking sound)

Quick Lore: Seth Lawrence, a bandit who betrayed his friends into scavenging a clicker nest, but he himself was bit when he sought to loot the corpses.

Passive:

Your vision is restricted to 24 meters and you can’t see survivors that are standing still while crouching. Making noise in any way (moving through grass, corn, mud, dropping, ect) will reveal you via killer instinct. A walking survivor leaves scratch marks on the ground, but a running one has their aura revealed to you as long as they are within the lullaby. Any rushed actions, failed skill checks, or generators completed grant you 45% bonus speed for 7 seconds with a 10 second cooldown and a 2 second fatigue as well as extend your vision to that point. During this point, you cannot break pallets or vault windows but can open lockers. If a survivor is injured and within 10 meters, you gain 10% movement speed but the bonus movement speed granted is reduced to 35%.

Other notes: If a survivor moves within your lullaby, and you are looking directly at them they are revealed via Killer instinct. This doesn’t apply to moving your camera

Scratch marks from running are visible from 62 meters

Active: Spores.

Place mushrooms on window vaults and/or dropped pallets that cause the hindered status effect on survivors for 2/3/4/5 seconds (time scales based on how many times the survivor vaulted the window or pallet). If they vault it a 6th time, they suffer from the Deep Wound status effect.

Perks

Blind Guess: Hitting a survivor with a basic attack turns them into your obsession. If you hit your obsession a random survivor becomes exposed for 20/30/40 seconds

Break Apart: If at any point survivors are within 10/13/16 meters of each other, they receive a 3/4/5% reduction to repairing, healing, and saboing for each survivor within the radius

Smell of blood: Downing a survivor with your basic attack decreases the hit cool down by 100% and decreases the next attack's lunge distance by 5/10/15%

Joel

Last of Us: If you are 36/32/28 meters from another survivor, the killer’s aura is revealed to you within a 16 meter radius

At any cost: Active perk: press the active button to put yourself in the broken state for 140/120/100 seconds. Activating the perk gives you 150% bonus speed but does not cause exhaustion

Another Chance: If you are unhooked when there are 3 survivors left, you gain 7% haste and 10% increase to vaulting for 90/100/120 seconds but you become exhausted for the duration

Map, spooky skyscraper.

Lots of verticality, vegetation, and… well stuff.

Thought this would be a really cool idea since LoU2 is coming soon

Problem is, this would be a PS4 exclusive DLC if it ever did come to DbD since Playstation holds all rights to the game, so I doubt it would be created for the game unless the game was to be able to be released to other platforms.

It probably got removed because it belongs to another category in the forms.

Also all the perks are pretty op and the killer seems to be op at small loops leaving any of those loops devs are aiming for to be a death trap.

Perhaps, but Sony is being a lot more open minded. Horizon Zero Dawn, for example, is coming to PC. I don't think it would be impossible to get a DLC to all platforms. Of course, I could be a 100% wrong
