Change ups in new content and maintenence of the game

Correct me if I'm wrong but BHVR releases a new chapter every 3~ months
What if BHVR releases only 3 chapters a year, every 4 months, to focus on reworks or balancing issues like they did this mid-chapter, but they could get a bit more done

Yeah they realise a chapter every 3 months and between them are mid chapters with reworks and bug fixes. They will do bug fixes before mid chapter realises or when there is a big problem. Also they have different teams for different parts of the game. I'm not sure if giving more extended time would change anything.
