Practice, you can find a lot of tutorials on youtube on how to 360.
But the basics of the 360 are:
Spin your character to one side, left or right.
And your camera needs to rotate to the opposite direction.
So when your player rotates to the right your camera needs to rotate to the left.

I can do it sometimes in-game as well, but it requires a lot of practice to be precise with it, which is something I've yet to actually get down. 360'ing in-general is hard to do on Killers that're used to it, so don't be surprised if you come across some Killers that're REALLY aware of how to counter it.
