    @Jemex7

    If the in-game settings are not working than it could just be your mouse conflicting with the settings I suppose.

    It could also be lag that's causing your sensitivity to randomly spike at times, so that's also another possibility. As for a fix to this, you can try looking up videos on mouse sensitivity to see if anything's off... but besides that, if the in-game settings are not working than I don't entirely know why it's rejecting the change.

    I have to ask though...

    Did you save the edits I hope?... Because sometimes it's one of those questions where the person asking accidentally didn't save the edits for example. If you did and it still doesn't work, than I personally don't know what else I or anyone can do for you without adjusting the settings themselves.

    It could be your mouse that's the issue...?

    That's odd. I assume you tried the basic things like restarting the game, restarting Steam, restarting your computer, etc.?

    If that stuff didn't work, the only thing I can personally recommend is that you post your question in the Technical Issues subforum, where someone who knows more about that than I do might be able to help you out 😊

    But my mouse doesn't really seem to be the issue since it works fine and I can adjust the sensitivity too, it just happened to me on dbd..

    I was thinking of reinstalling DBD, But I have a question

    Do I lose all my files and progress??

    No, you wont lose your progress when you reinstall. The progress is stored on DbD's back end.

    It's an odd scenario, you could try reinstalling like you said and it'll be entirely fine to do so as explained above by Inji.

    If this still happens have you reinstall than please do let us know, since it's an interesting issue that i'd like to help with, even if it's quite difficult to do so.
