Do you think that DBD Support would help me get back Offerings that disappeared a long time ago?

I like to collect things on my Ace and Wraith since those were the few characters I had all the Common and Uncommon Map Offerings, and all the Moonlight Bouquet Offerings, and my Splinter Offerings. But a long time ago, these Offerings disappeared from my characters inventories (I was able to get the Splinter Offerings back). I think it was Update 2.0.0, they disappeared because with that Update the Dev's removed the Mud Splinter and Shock Splinter Offerings. I even still have a weird multi stacks of Splinter from that exact Update too. Anyways I was wondering if DBD Support would still help me, even if this was so long ago.

    Possible, proof might be required for something that happened so long ago, and if it's required than hopefully you have it.

    I also don't know if something that long ago can be traced back, so if it can't than I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't anything they can do about it. You can always try though and see, since the Support Team does return lost progress in-case it happens. They might return BPs as the equivalent and not the offerings themselves. If this happens than that's probably all they can do or that's all they're allowed to do.

    In the case of lost progress, I've lost plenty of BPs, Puddings, and BPS's from a crash and/or save error, so when they return that progress I get BPs instead of the offerings themselves. In this scenario, that's probably what they'll do for this as well. Also, since the offerings are discontinued I kind of doubt they can return those, even if they're able to return offerings specifically.

    So if they can't return the offerings than you'll at least get BPs as compensation. That's to say... if they can even go back that far to confirm you lost that progress.
