Xbox One X + Certain Perks/ Abilities = Frame Drops/ Stuttering

Had a game against a Freddy just now.


Any time I was put into Dream State, my game would freeze for a few seconds and the frames would tank. This Freddy was also running Franklin's Demise and I've ran into issuses with it in the past where a M1(well, RT on Xbox) would cause my game to stutter at best or at worst, come to a complete stop for a second or two.

Has this happened to anyone else against killers like this?
