RE: "Gen Rush & Tunneling Rewards"
Pardon me if this does not fit here, new to the forums, but I just got some thoughts/ideas from a short brainstorm from the depths of my head to share.
There be killers who doesn't like gen rush and there be survivors who doesn't like Tunneling and thus we have perks like pop goes the weasel to slow gens down and Decisive strike to escape Tunnels.
My thoughs are the following:
Rewards; rise the maximum amount of bloodpoints optainable.
Who doesn't LOVE rewards?
RE: Killers) Let's say the killer hooks someone and that someone got unhooked, and the killer decides to tunnel the "fresh of the hook survivor" (FoHS). The killer gets either DS'd or choose to slug. The FoHS may still be on the ground chillin' if the killer decides to slug. Meanwhile the killer have managed to down another survivor & hooked. getting BP (x1), but let's say he never went for the FoHS and instead focused on a new survivor to begin with:
now the previous FoHS can get to safety & heal and the killer managed to hook a "fresh new survivor" (FNS) and gets BP x2 or x3. In other words, reward killers for chasing other survivors, but take away the reward if the killer downs the FoHS. The FoHS stops being the FoHS after someone else have been hooked or if the current FoHS startis to work on a gen (you won't really have time to fix something with a killer after you, right?)
RE: Survivors) The idea is similiar, but instead of hooking new killers it's fixing new gens as survivors do. games can go fast by survivors 3 survivors working on 3 gens at once while one loops and vaults through windows and boom 3 gens done near the beginning of the match. Let's say those survivors had to move to another gen instead, but how?
Each survivor gets x2 or x3 amount of bloodpoints on the first 25% they manage to fix on a single gen. If they happened to want more for their bloodwebs they'll have to move on about to another gen which averts some time spent on gens to walking to another gen to get more bloodpoints. hopefully making the match last longer.
Thoughts?

The RE:Killer might work for killer's that still care about BP's. The more you play the less people tend to care about getting them.
I think that dbd needs to re-design it's objective system so it's not boring for survivors and not frustrating as killer.
Sadly this change cannot be done in a band-aid fix so it's unlikely we'll see it anytime soon.
