How to make Bloodhund and bleeding status effect fun to use

So my idea of bloodhund change is simple. Make it so if survivor is affected by the hemorage statuss affect, this survivor keeps bleeding for certain amout of time (maybe 45 sec) after they heal.
This change would make bloodhund have combo potential with Bloodecho or Sloppy butcher and make the least impactful status effect actually do something with bloodhund. Also future perks that would effect bleeding wouldt be so bad.
Tell me what do you think.

Bloodhund and hemorage is quite underwhelming. You don't need to see blood while in chase because you can see the survivor and stratch makrs alredy.
Thats why you see bloodhund like in 0 games.
