How fast does the Pig move when crouched?
Few months ago on the wiki they said that her movement speed while crouched was 92%, now it says that it is 90%.

The DBD Wiki changes its data every so often when something new is added or taken away. So this is probably why it was changed from 92%, to 90%, because the crouching speed was either decreased, or the data they got this from is wrong. But like before in another discussion, the work they do isn't always going to be correct and they're just humans of course.
Another video made a known DBD guide maker "Int3r4ct" states that the crouching speed is 92%, but this data could be from the old version of the DBD Wiki or another source, which ever of the two is unknown.
Here's the pigs guide from int3r4ct that mentions this (Skip to 1:14)
As for which percentage is correct...
The new data could be from the in-game files themselves, and since they reviewed them again, it could've been changed. Either way, it's unknown where this information was found, if it's accurate, and if it was a mistake or not. You can only hope that a Mod/Dev comes in to clear this up or not, and that's about it.
disclaimer
I'm in no way calling out the editor of the DBD Wiki that changed this data or questioning their intelligence in anyways. This disclaimer is to just make sure nobody gets the wrong idea. We appreciate all the work the editors do in the DBD Wiki and of course understand if something isn't always accurate. They're only human after all.

Pig's movement speed when crouched is 3.6m/s the same as GhostFace.

I always thought that she was moving at 92%, was it changed? Or was she always like this?

I think the previous percentage was just wrong, that's probably why it was changed. I don't entirely remember if there was a crouch speed increase/decrease in the patch notes, but I believe the percentage could've been just incorrectly written at the time, do it was fixed to reflect the right percentage.
I do remember The Pig getting some changes to her add-ons and the crouch, but I don't remember if it had something to do with crouch speed or how fast you could crouch. I think the latter? I don't remember.
