Survivor Hypocrisy at its finest.
Half of the survivors mindset when I use Hex: No One Escapes Death.
Survivor: ''I have no respect for you, since you used NOED''.
Killer: ''What's so bad about it?''
Survivor: ''No effort for high value, second chance perk for trash killers''.
Killer: ''Mhm, much like how you're using Adrenaline, Borrowed Time, Unbreakable & Decisive Strike? All which are second chance perks with minimal effort for high value?''
Survivor: ''ur trash killer noob''
Absolutely love the hypocrisy. Killers get ONE second-chance perk in the game and survivors ######### about it despite having like 4+ second chance perks which are extremely powerful.

Another one showing of his lack of gamesense. Pretty good job so far.

one argument for the survivor perks you listed could be that they do help some an issue that survivors have with how some* killers play.
BT helps vs camping (Even though it isnt used that way)
DS was ment to help vs tunneling, but ended up being used to be a BS perk
Adrenaline is... yeah its noED for survivors
Unbreakable counters slugging which isnt remotely fun. But sometimes a killer is forced to slug to assert more pressure or to respect DS.
NoED... unless you are using an endgame build with perks like remember me, blood warden, and stuff like that... I gotta say.... "GgEz n0OB K1ll3R"
But in all seriousness, noED IS used by some killers as a crutch. But the perk itself isnt a crutch. I see it as a way to punish people for gen-rushing too hard, and not doing totems.
All of these perks side from adrenaline are only an issue because the game is fundamentally broken, and leads to a lot of unfun situations. The perks just try to fix the problems, but just create more issues.
If BHVR were somehow able to to fix tunneling, slugging, camping, and gen speeds, they could just remove these problem perks from the game and everyone would be happy.

I never understand when I occasionally play killer is that you get a survivor telling you how to play killer...
"You don't even play ghostface like that, you aren't using his powers" (32,000 points & 3 hooks all 4 survivors!)
"Noob NoED killer"
Yet when I play survivor I only get survivors telling me how to play survivor...
"You were always hiding in a locker" (3 man SWF constantly being hooked in basement with killer having BBQ, I honestly thought they might be farming)
"I showed the killer where you were because you didn't unhook me"
Once I've had a killer tell me I should improve as I was a red rank and played Claudette as a daily, understandable when you see a 4 red rank Claudettes in a SWFC.

The problem isn't NOED itself, NOED increasing in use is a byproduct of the destruction of old Hex: Ruin.
As has been stated countless times, Ruin was one of the most, if not the most popular hex totems, and it's effects were known to the survivors literally upon starting their first generator. This usually encouraged players to look for totems which gave killers valuable time to get some momentum before the real generator rush began.
But now Hex: Ruin is barely used if at all since it's re-work is not great except on very few killers (I just hit red ranks using Ruin/Surveillance on Billy, so it does have uses, but they are niche). The fallout of Ruin going by the wayside and the general risky nature of hex perks in general means survivors absolutely ignore bones now in favor of generator rushing because they don't get punished for it. So along comes someone with NOED and DOES punish them for not doing bones and suddenly it's a "crutch perk". No, it's a perk meant to punish you for ignoring the side objective and trying to rush generators and leave immediately.
The question shouldn't be is NOED good or bad for the game, the question should be what can we do to get survivors to care about bones again, and end this ridiculous generator speeds.
