Here’s my Killer and Survivor Idea
Killer: The cosmos
a lovecraftian horror pulled from the void.
Power: The Dying Star
a Charge AOE that goes by 3 Tiers
has a 5 m radius and has a 2 second charge
to gain Tiers the Cosmos must use Mind Stealer a sprint attack. when a survivor is hit they drop sanity (2 sanity = 1 tier)
:Note you start with tier 1
Tier 1 Any survivor hit within the AOE will suffer a random debuff (expose is not in the random pool) Debuffs last 30 seconds
Tier 2 AOE now inflicts 2 random debuffs (expose is now possible but very very low chance) debuffs last 45
Tier 3 AOE can now cause survivors to go into the injured state. Still 2 Debuffs and last 60 seconds.
AOE is brought down 3 m and if used get reset to tier 1
Perks
: Return to Your Maker.
a obsession perks that stacks up to 4 and require you to hook your obsession, after the hook a new obsession is chosen.
that grants a 2/3/4 degree increase in FOV and increases movement by 2/3/4
bloodweb Rare, Very rare, Very Rare
: The Voids Grasp
after hooking a survivor the killer has 30 seconds to kick a generator resulting in the generator being Blocked by the entity for 20/30/40 seconds. 20-30 second cooldown is applied after kick.
Bloodweb uncommon, Rare, Very Rare.
Note: regression doesn’t take place unless regression perks are used such as Pop, Ruin, Surge, etc are in play.
: The Coming End
When a Killer picks up a survivor increase movement by 6/8/10
Bloodweb Uncommon, Rare, Rare
Survivor: The Betrayed
Perks
: A Ray Hope
When after unhooking if the Killer is in a 3-5m radius the killer is blinded for 2/3/4 seconds.
Bloodweb Rare, Very Rare, Very Rare
: Undying Loyalty
Uncommon, Very Rare, Very Rare
a Survivor is “obsessed” with another survivor which revels their aura to you. Being with 10m area of survivor for 45 seconds grants a token which goes up to 3 and the death of your obsession results in the lost of 1 token.
Tokens grants 3/4/5 increase in generator repair and healing of your obsession by 20/25/30%
Note: unhooking your obsession grants a token
Purifiction:
clean Totems 15/20/25% faster.

My sister, her friend, and I just watched Candyman the other day, and we thought it would be so cool if he was in the DBD universe, so we wrote all of this for him, and her friend is planning on making some sort of design for him for fun.
Killer: Candyman
Power: Sweets to the Sweet
- Primary Attack: Hook hand
- Secondary Attack: Bees
- Charging up, the Candyman can release a swarm of bees that encases the survivor. After 30 seconds, the survivor is in the Broken status. Survivor must release the bees into two hives (found around the map like Jigsaw boxes, cleansing fountains, etc): 1st hive returns Survivor to injured; 2nd hive fully heals Survivor. To recharge the attack between uses, the Candyman must go to a hive to collect bees (all hives have bees at all times).
- Possible Add-On: Bee-Spoke: Candyman can see survivor aura for 3 seconds if at a hive.
Perks:
- Bee My Victim: You become obsessed with one survivor. When the obsession is hooked, they will stab the person that unhooks them. That survivor is injured and must mend within 25/20/15 seconds or be put into dying state. Once mended, they are fully healed.
- Writing on the Wall: A deep bond with the Entity unlocks potential in tracking abilities. If a survivor is crouch-walking around the map for at least 30/20/10 seconds, they begin to leave faded scratch marks.
- Behind the Mirror: Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability. 20/35/50% of spawned lockers have mirrors on the inside. If a survivor enters the locker, their aura is revealed to the killer for as long as they are in the locker. If the survivor exits the locker, their aura is revealed to the killer for 3 more seconds.

Perk idea: Grit Your Teeth (Survivor)
When self-healing or being healed by another Survivor, there is a 30/40/50 % chance that a failed skill check will not cause a sound alert for the killer.
Basically a healing version of Technician.

As a Survivor, I would like more perks that give bonus Bloodpoints, similar to We're Gonna Live Forever. However, maybe for Objective or Survival instead of for Altruism. I like trying to "farm" tokens to reward me at the end of the game. I know that there's Prove Thyself for gen coop but I was thinking something more... selfish.
As Killer, I maintain that a Phantasm DLC would be great in DBD. Tall Man as the Killer. Mausoleum as the map. Reggie as the Survivor. Flying Sphere of Death as the Mori.

Kiler: The forgotten- Real name (my name... lol put me in the game I swear I'm good enough)
Height: average
Speed: 4.6 m/s
TR: 32m
Primary Attack: a utility knife- after a successful attack wipes blade on pants
Power: All imaginary- start with 2 deployable decoys that can be set to stand still or patrol a loop or Gen
Perks: All in your head- survivors in TR have after images of killer movements and missed skillchecks reveal survivor for 3/4/5 seconds
Hex: memory loss- kicked gens regress 10/20/25% faster and survivors face a difficult skillcheck to continue repair, missing skillcheck applies 10% regression and persists until a successful skillcheck is hit
Obsession Perk: Thinking of You: hooking obsession gives 4m/8m/16m TR to obsession and increases killer move speed by 2% and remains active for 10/25/45 seconds with a CD of 60/45/30 seconds
General addon ideas are adding 1 decoy, give a small TR and collision to decoys, adds a basic attack ( does no damage) to decoys, remove 1 decoy but decoy deals deep wound status effect
I know it's not balanced in anyway but here you go
1 -
Hex: it's all real, status effects change skillcheck to reflect the status effect
Mangled: suffer with old Ruin again.... hahahaha
Hemorrhage: only adds the red stained skillcheck
Broken: great skillcheck zones are broken to the top and bottom
Exhausted: no great skillcheck zone will apear

There are no killer perks that influence chests.
Cursed chests with jumpscare upon opening, notification, temporary effects as exposed or exhausted, items of poorer quality, etc. There are many possibilities.
This is probably not intended to become meta, but if it does exist, a survivor will always hesitate or be a little afraid of opening a first chest. Just like leaving a locker (with Iron Maiden), or cleaning a totem (Thrill of the Hunt).
