There is something I'm curious about. 3.6.0 is coming on 10 March I do not know this truth, but will Bunny Feng come at the same time with that date?

That isn't an official date, that's just speculation from how previous Chapters have launched.
At any rate, we'll have to see when that cosmetic comes out, since it's entirely unknown if it will launch with Chapter 15 or not.

Understandable, unless something is officially announced than it's a rumor at that point, just keep that in-mind.
Players love to speculate cosmetic releases, DLC released, etc. Forum users do it SO much that it starts to become a fact when it's just speculation at the end of the day.

I don't know about you, but it was a highly demanded costume. I don't know 2 years, maybe 3 years, but I don't want to wait any longer.

Feng released in May of 2017, so I doubt it was 3 years tbh.
And I never heard of the cosmetic being highly demanded until it was mentioned around the 3rd Year Anniversary. I don't doubt it's something that people really want, but all things come in do time. As the "old saying" goes, waiting won't kill ya.

I did not see what they talked about bunny feng in this forum, but this was expressed on another platform. But I am impatient like everyone else, and I think they will release the update when the rift is closed.
