Is the screaming man in Deathslinger's trailer Jake?

Someone said in the comments of the YouTube video that Jake Park's voice actor, Kevin Biossoneault, did the screams in the trailer for Chains of Hate, and listening back, I can see it, but I'm uncertain. It helps that Jake is one of the few Survivors whose voice acting is really good in my opinion, but I still can't be sure. Is there anyone who could confirm if it was Kevin or not?

    It does sound like Jake, he came to my mind the instant I heard his moans. I wonder why we cant see him.

    I believe it's supposed to be Henry Bayshore from Deathslinger's lore.
