If you mean will other nearby survivors be able to see the aura of a dropped survivor as soon as you drop them, the answer is yes, but I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to ask. Would you be able to elaborate a bit further?

Yes, they can see when you drop the Survivor on your should through auras as well.
You won't see the Killers aura, but you can see the aura of the Survivor during the end-frames of the dropping animation. You can see this close-by, or 100 meters away.

This trick however works though.

It works because they don't see the aura until the last second or so of the animation. By the time they realise you've dropped their teammate and are coming back, they've already put themselves in a vulnerable position.

As Fibijean said, they see the last second of the droping animation, not the full animation when it's happening.
As a result, the Survivor will think they're safe to pick up their item and than run away, but it'll be too late because the aura reading will only show up at the end frames of the drop. That's why this trick works, the Killer knows that the aura reading only shows up during the end frames and is gambling it on you coming back for your item. If you don't come back then they increase the downed Survivors wiggle bar, making it harder to reach a hook.
