Why do my daily rituals keep disappearing on their own?

I completed two rituals and decided to save them for the new chapter, logged on today and they’re gone. I didn’t claim them, they just disappeared. Also today I received a more ritual which I left because I didn’t want to complete it and for it to disappear but after playing a few matches that too has now vanished.

I believe I heard about this bug before, there isn't really much you can do besides report it to the Bug Report sub-forum. File it under "other" if you're not sure where to post dailies, as there doesn't seem to be a designated spot for those specifically.
